Great Long Running Ad for Your Swipe File…
The ad you are about to see, you’ve probably seen before especially if you are a guy.
It’s in most every men’s magazine and in the sports section of quite a few national papers like USA Today where I found this one.
I wanted to show you this ad… but NOT because it has great copy.
It doesn’t.
It has good copy that follows the basic rules of direct response… In other words, it has good enough copy.
(But as a copywriter or marketer, it’s something you should have in your swipe files.)
What it does have is a GREAT before and after photo… or actually an after and before photo.
In fact, the after is so great in this case that they lead with the after photo… and have been for at least 3 years.
I’m not going to say too much on this ad because I believe you can see for yourself why it works.
Enjoy it and add it to your swipe file collection.

Hi seen this ad all over! Not sure if it’s still running though… but I would love to see their sales funnel. I bet it goes to telephone sales but I’m checking the website.

It’s still running. That was in USA Today just two days ago… call or go to the website and see what happens.
You’re right about adding it to a swipe file.
It’s more than a good ad… the fact that it ran for so long and in so many different publications confirms it… and while I’d guess they’re looking for something to bust this Control they apparently haven’t found anything yet.
