Different writers do this differently.... Personally, I like to have the research document separate from the copy document. I have the open side-by-side, and I copy and paste from the research to the copy. I know Sean prefers to plug the research he needs into his outline, the write around it in the same document.

Great stuff. When you get to the writing stage, do you start writing copy in this same research/outline document, or do you create a new one for the copy?

Hey Donnie,

Actually, in high school I thought of myself as already being a writer. I always received great feedback from both teachers and peers about my writing.

BUT...

I never believed I could make a living at it. Nobody even mentioned that possibility to me. I went the next 20 years bouncing from job to job to job running from my two primary purposes for being on this planet - writing and teaching.

It's crazy how far I ran and how much time I wasted. I still don't know exactly why I fought it so hard but I did. I'm just glad I didn't wait another 20 years to start becoming the writer I always thought I was.

I enjoyed this article, Sean.

Reminds me of a Rudyard Kipling quote I love:
"Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind".

Did you know you wanted to be a writer in high school?

We all know, marketing copywriting is now becoming a big tree that holds the opportunities. We can easily say that it’s the thing which is taking copywriting ahead. And that’s what this site is providing. It’s really helpful.

We all know, A good web copywriter-in-print that makes people grabbing reader by the eyeballs and not letting him go until he is persuaded to grab his wallet and beg you to rush him your product. And that’s what this site is providing. It’s really helpful.
